You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into financial agreements in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are not participating on behalf of a person who does not meet these requirements.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Multiple accounts by the same individual will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All investment plans, interest rates, and return periods are clearly defined in the Investment Plans section. Returns are credited to your internal account balance according to your plan's schedule. MMF INVESTMENT reserves the right to modify plan availability at any time, with changes effective for new deposits only.
Deposits must be made exclusively through the payment methods available in the Member Area. MMF INVESTMENT is not responsible for payments made to incorrect addresses or through unauthorized channels. All deposits are considered confirmed only after receipt on the blockchain or payment processor level.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and are typically processed within 12–48 business hours. Withdrawal fees, minimum and maximum amounts may apply as shown in the Withdrawal section. MMF INVESTMENT reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes.
Commissions earned through the referral program are credited automatically based on your upline's deposits. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referrals, multi-accounting, or manipulation, will result in commission reversal and account termination.
All investments carry inherent risk. MMF INVESTMENT operates in markets (Trading, Real Estate, Car Rentals) where returns are not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. By depositing funds, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
MMF INVESTMENT is committed to preventing money laundering and complying with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification from any user at any time. Accounts suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation.
Your personal information is collected solely for account management purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

MMF INVESTMENT shall not be held liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, technical issues beyond our control, or user error. Our maximum liability is limited to the principal amount you have deposited and not yet earned returns from.
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. In cases of clear fraud, funds may be frozen indefinitely. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support, provided no active deposits remain.
